I’m Kendal Kane — a professional magician turned transformational leadership speaker and coach.
For over 30 years, I stood on stages with nothing but a rope, a deck of cards, and my presence — captivating audiences by guiding their focus, shaping their attention, and making the impossible feel real.
But behind the curtain, I faced a truth that changed my life:
I knew how to hold a crowd. But when it came to leading a team — I was improvising.

I dove deep into the psychology of belonging with Alfred Adler, learned the art of repairing relationships through Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication, adopted Jocko Willink’s principles of ethical influence, and embraced Alex Hormozi’s STAR System for practical performance coaching.
