I’m Kendal Kane — a professional magician turned transformational leadership keynote speaker and coach.

From a young age, I captivated audiences as a magician — not with grand illusions, but with moments that made people feel seen. Over decades, I built Kane Magic Entertainment on that insight. But behind the applause, I noticed a deeper truth: leadership isn’t applause—it’s connection.

My turning point came when a demanding production pushed a team member beyond their limit. I realized my stage instincts didn’t translate to leadership. That failure birthed the MAGIC Leadership Framework — rooted in presence, NVC, Adlerian belonging, and practical performance tools (STAR). I saw organizations transform: silent meetings became interactive; burnout reversed; trust replaced spreadsheets.

Today, I coach executives to lead like magicians: to guide attention, create belonging, repair trust, and spark focus that fuels growth. I show them how to speak—calmly, humanly—how to give feedback—clearly, compassionately—and how to connect so deeply people want to follow them, day after Monday.
